Great location for visiting local restaurants and the Mall of Emirates, with plenty of transport options nearby. the apartments are spacious, clean and offer all the modern amenities and comforts needed for a comfortable stay. Staff are highly attentive and courteous, ensuring guests feel relaxed and well looked after.
Some minor maintenance issues need addressing such as the water pressure in the showers and slow WIFI, but overall, this does not detract from a positive experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were affordable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The location in a quiet area, close to the Mall of Emirates in the district of al barsha, was also a great plus. The service provided by the staff was excellent, with their friendly and accommodating attitude. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with great amenities and a comfortable bed. I also appreciated having a TV in the room for entertainment.
All was satisfactory.

I recently stayed at this hotel apartment in a quiet area of the Al Barsha district. The location was fantastic, with the Mall of the Emirates just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and provided basic amenities in the spacious rooms, including a TV and an extra toilet. I also appreciated the attention to detail, as the rooms had their own full bathrooms. Additionally, the breakfast, though it took a bit of time to arrive after ordering, was tasty and satisfying.
My stay at this hotel was okay - nothing to complain about.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Al Barsha. The location is perfect, being close to the Mall of Emirates and in a quiet area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was large and comfortable, and the TV provided entertainment. Breakfast was served promptly after ordering, ensuring a good start to the day.
The only thing that could be improved was the cleanliness of the kitchen.

The location is the only the good thing about Hani. It is walking distance from emitares mall and the metro station.
The hotel mangement is really poor and not professional at all. The size of the apartment is great but not used in professional way. Only one tv in two bedroom apartment. The channels selsetion is poor. Internet service even though they charge for it but still very poor and keep cutting. There is no what so ever called services there. In other words, bring what ever you can because there is nothing at all in the apartment. Poor quality overall and doesnt worth even 50% of its current rate.

Huge, fully equipped apartment with daily maid service and a rooftop pool and gym. Great location near popular malls and public transportation.
The rooftop pool has limited hours, making it difficult to enjoy after a long day of business meetings. The kitchen was not well stocked, requiring us to purchase additional supplies.

I enjoyed my stay at Hani Hotel. The staff were excellent. They were very helpful and pleasant and always ready to answer any questions or send someone to the room with extra towels etc. It was good value for money and in a good location.
The beds were very hard and not very comfortable, the sofa was very old fashioned and one our first day we could not go into the pool as it was so dirty. They did however clean the pool the next day.
